The WheelDrive stimulates active movement, while strain on muscles and joints is reduced. After long periods of sitting in your manual wheelchair, you may experience arm and shoulder pain or you may feel weak. The auxiliary electric drive reduces the strain on muscles and joints and helps to avoid these problems. At the same time, you stay active and independent.

With a unique dual-hand rims concept the WheelDrive stands apart from other power assist wheels. The large hand-ring provides additional support while you are propelling. While the small hand-ring gives you a continuous drive so when you come to a tricky hill you can reserve your energy. With both rims, you can select from three speed settings, each of which can be tailored to your specific requirements!

The power assist wheels can be fitted to virtually any lightweight or standard wheelchair without the need for additional parts or modifications to the chair. So you can continue to use your own manual wheelchair, additionally adapted to your specific needs.
